Twitter Chooses Freed Maxick CPA's for Social Media Case Study

Freed Maxick represents the B2B/professional services sector on the site, which includes other case studies from major national brands including Microsoft, Hubspot, Marketo, Virgin America, Porsche, US Chamber of Commerce, Paramount Pictures, Cadbury, MTV and the American Red Cross to name a few. In the case study, Twitter features Freed Maxick's use of promoted tweets, which the firm used to introduce valuable thought leadership materials into communities that were having real time conversations about tax reform.
Freed's campaign included promoted tweets that offered legislative overviews of President Obama's 2012 Corporate Tax Proposals, the tax implications of Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Healthcare Reform), the Payroll Tax Holiday and the President's Fiscal 2013 Budget Proposal. Over the course of a year, the firm ran over two dozen different tax and industry-specific campaigns. The firm monitored downloads from its website and offered complimentary phone consultations or tax situation reviews. Freed Maxick increased revenue from Twitter generated leads by 110%. Of this revenue, 95% came from new geographic markets. The firm also grew its follower base of the@FreedMaxickCPAs handle to over 24,000 Twitter users.
Twitter will promote the case studies via its promotional channels, including
www.business.twitter.com, press release and conferences. In May of
2011, Freed Maxick was among select group of national advertisers to be
accepted into the beta rollout of Twitter, Inc.'s Promoted Product suite
of advertising products. Freed Maxick's participation
in the program enabled the Firm to beta-test Twitter's "Promoted
Tweets" and "Promoted Accounts" products through the Firm's@FreedMaxickCPAs Twitter account.
