John has eight years of IT experience and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). He previously worked at Terrapih Systems in Rockville, Maryland as a Network Consultant/Service Engineer. John and his family currently reside in Kenmore.
